Morning around pool, a change from the pace of the safari. No animals in the pool. After lunch a drive to Stonetown for two nights.
Stonetown is one of those places where the first impression is what are we here for! Very hot and run down. Tiny alleys which you could easily get lost in, and we came close to doing just that.
Our hotel was a small quirky place, Arabian lights and features. At night we wandered down to the water front where the night food markets were. Mainly seafood and satay being cooked over coals.
